Engagement Updates

Community Engagement: Max Capacity on Dining Reservations 

Dining Reservations now have the ability to set a maximum limit on the reservation capacity for each Resident reservation. This increases flexibility for communities that are re-opening for dining, but want to limit table sizes to comply with Covid-19 restrictions.

Clinical Updates

New Notes Summary Report added to Intelligence Reports

Users can now pull a Notes Summary Report in Intelligence and can be filtered by Critical Tags, Non Critical Tags, Resident, Resident Status and Time Frame. This data can be exported for further analysis.

Resident Pictures Showing in the Point of Care App

In the latest version of the Point of Care (POC) App, resident’s pictures will appear in multiple locations such as the eMAR and Tasks Dashboard. This will help new staff members learn resident’s and put a name to a face quicker.

Show or Hide Service Tags in the Point of Care App

Staff is now able to show or hide Services Tags in the Point of Care App to help streamline workflow. These can be updated in the facility configuration settings.

Engagement Updates

Community Engagement: Directory “Address” and “Title” Information

Community Engagement users will now be able to edit the “Title” field within their profile to display any titles they might like to appear to other residents. Staff can also turn the Address field on or off from the “Configurations” menu. 

Clinical Updates

Covid-19 Vaccinations will be Included in Emergency Printout 

All Covid-19 vaccinations will be included in the Emergency Printout, as well as the date and any notes related to the vaccination.

Tasks Frequency included in New York ISP Care Plan

When users now add tasks from the Care Plan with single or multiple frequency times, the system will add-up the tasks frequency and that number will display in the preview and system generated document.

Core Product Updates

New Prescribed Diet Field and Diet Roster Report 

In the Resident Profile, there will be the ability to add additional terms for prescribed diets within the new “Prescribed Diet” field, located under Health Information. Staff will also be able to pull this information to create a PDF report.


Transition Timelines will Transfer from Previous Communities 

Staff is now able to see a resident’s transition history that occurred at another Caremerge community prior to moving into the new community. It will appear below the current facility’s transition information in a grayed out box.

Community Engagement: Announcements Preview in Push Notifications

Community Engagement users can now see the actual contents of Announcements shared by the community. When the user gets a push notification, there will be a preview of the Announcement. 

Clinical Updates

Add Covid-19 Tests & Vaccines in the Quality Measures Module

As communities start working with CVS and Walgreens to roll out the Covid-19 vaccine, communities will be able to track Covid-19 tests and vaccines within the quality measures feature. The Covid-19 Report will also now include the vaccinations and additional Covid-19 test results. 

Core Product Updates

New TAL (Transportation Assistance level) field in the resident’s profile

Introduction of a new profile field that can pull on the emergency printout of TAL (Transportation Assistance Level) to quickly assess the level of assistance a resident needs in the case of evacuation.

Family Engagement users can now see the actual contents of Family Announcements when they get a push notification.

Community Engagement: Keep Users Signed In (iOS and Android)

Residents will now be able to stay signed in to the CE app on iOS and Android devices! Communities can adjust the amount of overall time that they want residents to stay signed in.
