Family Engagement: Announcements Preview in Push Notifications
Family Engagement users can now see the actual contents of Family Announcements when they get a push notification.
Community Engagement: Keep Users Signed In (iOS and Android)
Residents will now be able to stay signed in to the CE app on iOS and Android devices! Communities can adjust the amount of overall time that they want residents to stay signed in.
IP- Facility Restriction
We have allowed for IP restrictions to be put in place in order to restrict access to individual facilities being accessed from the facility dashboard based on IP address.
Announcements Preview in Email Notifications
Users will be able to see a preview of announcements shared by communities in the email notification.
CE: Infinite Scroll in Directory
As you scroll through the directory, it will automatically and seamlessly update with resident or staff profiles, opposed to clicking through multiple pages.
As-Needed Assessments available in the Launch Pad
As-needed assessments are now available in the Launch Assessment section without going into the Assessment setting configuration section within the resident profile.
Complete Assessment – Schedule vs. Ad Hoc Assessment
When signing and completing an assessment, you now have the option to choose whether it is a scheduled assessment or an Ad Hoc assessment.
Legends on EMAR Printouts shall reflect the updated Med Administration name
Medication administration level type is now reflected in the eMAR monthly printout and batch printouts.
Show the email’s in the single line of the printed ER Document
Emails will not be printed out on a single line opposed to multiple.

Easily pull a report of contact information for authorized family contacts! Now communities will be able to see which residents they do and do not have family contacts for.
Setting to Opt in/out of Broadcast
Staff, Residents, and Family members can now have staff opt them in and out of Broadcast messages.
Family Engagement – Virtual Visits
“Video Link” support is now live on our FE apps for iOS and Android. Caregivers can find those supported links to video chat with their loved ones via FE appointments and CC events.
New TV View Design
Check out our new TV View URL in community engagement! It was designed to improve readability with larger images, larger fonts and removed end times.
Community Engagement: Pinned Announcements
Any posted Announcements can now be “Pinned” in the Announcements feed, either as a “Pinned” Announcement or a VIP “Important” Announcement.
Intelligence: Broadcast and Family Announcement Report
Intelligence reports to allow administrators to see the who/what/where/when on any Broadcast or Family Announcement messages.
Community Engagement: Keep Users Signed In (Web only)
Residents will now be able to stay signed in to the CE website! Communities can adjust the time-frame that they wish residents to stay signed in, as well as the “inactivity” period length (which goes into effect after the sign-in period expires).

A new field for “Respiratory Rate” has been added for simple tracking of resident’s breathing levels.
Caremerge Voice Supports 2-Person Account Linking
Caremerge Voice skill to support two residents in an apartment who share an Echo, in the cases where our skill should reply with information personalized to one or the other resident.
